Kudzai’s approach to counseling is person-centered, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques. She uses CBT to explore the beliefs and thought patterns that may contribute to harmful or unhelpful emotions, behaviors, and symptoms. Kudzai uses person-centered and solution-focused approaches to work collaboratively with clients, helping them uncover their needs and find the best ways to address their concerns so they can live as their most authentic selves. She recognizes that mental health impacts every aspect of a person’s life and works with clients to improve their wellness across different domains so they can feel their best.
