Kayley’s counseling is grounded in the belief that people are innately capable of growth and healing. She strives to meet her clients with acceptance and non-judgement, working in a holistic, collaborative, strength-based manner to support them toward their goals and personal well-being. Kayley has experience counseling adults in a variety of settings. She specializes in helping with complex trauma, dissociation, and anxiety disorders (OCD, generalized anxiety, etc.). She uses a combination of skill-based and mind/body approaches such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, parts work, and somatic interventions. She also has training in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy.
