JEROME GOODMAN

Professional Counselor Associate

Jerome believes that everyone’s unique life experiences shape their journey and sense of purpose, but those experiences can sometimes feel like burdens that hold us back. He’s all about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their stories and grow personally. By blending Psychodynamic therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based approaches, he tailors his methods to fit each individual, focusing on the important relationships in their lives and how those connections impact daily functioning. Jerome knows that the therapeutic relationship is key to lasting change, and he specializes in working with trauma, individuals adjusting to life with a disability, and various mood and anxiety disorders, particularly within Queer and BIPOC communities, as well as those dealing with chronic illnesses. His mission is to help clients navigate their journeys with resilience and find fulfillment along the way.
